About

My goal is to help clients in their journey for change by providing empathy, validation of experiences and a safe space to share. As a therapist I have worked with clients dealing with loss, trauma, relationship issues, depression and anxiety. I have worked mainly with individuals and families. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but firmly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to therapy! Utilizing tools from other areas such as a trauma focused CBT approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems and mindfulness techniques, I offer a way to customize a treatment approach to the unique needs of an individual.

We all face struggles and asking for help can be extremely difficult depending on what we have faced in the past and the issues impacting our present. Using a collaborative approach, we will examine issues and develop and strengthen the tools needed for lasting change.
